You know the market. We build the product with you.
If you have an audience, a client base or deep knowledge of a niche market, we may co-build a software product with you. We can take on only a few such projects, and we agree each one case by case.
What each side brings.
What we bring
- Product and software engineering, from the first prototype to a product in daily use.
- AI and automation where they do real work, with models chosen and tested for the job.
- Hosting, security, monitoring and updates after launch, so the product keeps running as it grows.
- Experience of shipping and running live products of our own, which you can try today.
- A plain view on what to build first, and on what not to build at all.
What you bring
- Your distribution: the audience, client base or community that will hear about the product first.
- Your knowledge of the market: how buyers decide, what they pay for today and what frustrates them.
- Introductions to future customers, so we test early versions with the people who would pay.
- Your time to lead the product, sell it and make the decisions only a founder can make.
Three structures, agreed case by case.
The right structure depends on the product, the market and what each side puts in.
Equity
We build the product in exchange for equity in the company that owns it. That gives us the same reason as you to make it work.
Hybrid
You pay a reduced fee for the build, and we also take equity in the company. It suits founders who can fund part of the build themselves.
Revenue share
We build and maintain the product for a share of its revenue, instead of all or part of the fee. It suits products that can charge customers from the first version.
There are no standard terms. Each arrangement is agreed case by case, in writing, before work begins. That includes who owns the code, the brand and the customer data.
From first call to first customers.
A first conversation
You tell us about the market, the people you reach and the problem you see. We say plainly whether we think software is the answer.
Test the demand
Before anything is built, we speak to a handful of your future customers together. We check that the problem is worth paying to solve.
Agree the terms
We agree the structure, the scope of the first version and each side's role in writing. Nothing is built before both sides sign.
Build the first version
We build the smallest version that does the core job and put it in front of your audience. What they do with it decides what comes next.
Grow it together
You lead sales and the customer relationship. We run and improve the product, and we review the numbers together every month.
What we look for.
- You already reach the people who would buy, and they trust what you recommend.
- You know the problem first-hand, from your own work in that market or profession.
- Some of those people have told you they would pay to have it solved.
- Software is the core of the answer, and AI or automation does real work inside it.
- A useful first version can be small: one job, for one group of users.
- You plan to lead the product yourself, not hand it over once it is built.
Tell us about the market you know.
A few lines on who you reach, their problem and the product you have in mind are enough. We tell you plainly whether we could help.
